Qualifications:
Valid RN license and eligibility to practice in Iowa Specialized experience in Electrophysiology (EP), including cardiac monitoring, device implantation, EP studies, and related care BLS and ACLS certification required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams Minimum 1-2 years of recent EP nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care in diagnostic and therapeutic EP procedures Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams in procedural planning and execution Educate patients and families on EP procedures, pre/post-op care, and follow-up Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation Assist in emergency response situations and uphold safety protocols Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
