$45/hour on W-2 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Clinic Support position in Pella, IA. The Clinic RN will help maintain smooth clinic flow for patients and healthcare providers while providing high-quality nursing support within the scope of the RN license. The RN will assist clinic providers with patient examinations, telephone calls, treatments, procedures, and other nursing services performed in an outpatient clinic setting. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing support to patients and healthcare providers in a clinic setting. Assist providers with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures. Support efficient patient flow throughout the clinic. Respond to patient phone calls and provide appropriate nursing support within scope of practice. Perform nursing assessments and apply strong clinical judgment. Provide excellent patient service and maintain a positive patient experience. Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other members of the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Prioritize multiple responsibilities while working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Follow all applicable nursing standards, policies, and procedures. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program . Current and active Iowa RN license . 3 years of clinical experience preferred, particularly in an acute care or ambulatory/clinic setting. Strong nursing assessment and clinical decision-making skills. Excellent patient service and communication skills. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS / HeartCode BLS certification required. New employees must obtain certification within three months of hire if applicable. Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a healthcare team. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure. Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills. Ability to think, communicate, and type simultaneously while handling patient calls and other clinic responsibilities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows operating systems. Positive, enthusiastic, helpful, and team-oriented attitude.
