Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse /

RN:

Provide direct nursing care according to individual care plans and physician orders. Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Coordinate care with a transdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Support medical, dietary, and therapeutic needs of persons served. Document and report changes in condition and participate in care planning. Help persons served achieve their highest quality of life through skilled nursing interventions.
