As a Stepdown Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing and managing care for patients in a Level 3 Trauma Center.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering high-quality care to patients with conditions such as CHF, Ablation, Angiogram, TCAR, EVAR, DKA, Stroke, Pacemaker, and sepsis Floating to all inpatient areas and the Emergency Department as needed Maintaining patient ratios of 1:4, with the potential to adjust to 1:5 Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care To excel in this role, you will need: Need 1 year experience in setting Active Iowa or compact nursing license Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications Ability to work every other weekend and required winter holidays Mandatory reporter certification Experience with
