2 Description American Traveler is hiring a Rehab Inpatient RN for a Level 3 Trauma Center requiring at least 1 year of Rehab and Med Surg experience with an active IA or compact RN license. Details Inpatient Rehab unit within a Level 3 Trauma Center hospital setting Patient ratio of 1:8 Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Every other weekend and holiday rotation required No on-call requirements May float to Med Surg or other local campuses within the same discipline Uses Epic EMR Requirements Active IA or compact RN license BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required At least 1 year of previous Rehab experience required Med Surg experience required Mandatory Reporter certification required Driver's license required for consideration Skills checklist specific to the listed discipline required Supervisory reference form completed within the last 2 years required Additional Information Contribute professional and clinical expertise as part of an interdisciplinary care team Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) Limited to 1 day off request during the Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year holiday blocks Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility, as no local candidates are accepted First-time travelers are welcome to apply Past UnityPoint Health employees (FTE or PRN float pool) are ineligible to work travel assignments at any UPH market facility
