Scrubbing in means assisting surgeons directly inside the sterile field during operations — managing surgical instruments, maintaining sterile conditions, and anticipating the team's needs to ensure patient safety. Circulating means acting as the operating room's safety net and coordinator — managing counts, documentation, positioning, and communication so the surgical team can stay focused on the patient. This dual competency gives surgical departments greater staffing flexibility and continuity across cases.

Weekly Pay:

$ 2374.85

• Requirements Minimum 1 year of current work experience in Travel Registered Nurse RN OR Scrub & Circulate . Iowa state Healthcare Provider license or willing to obtain one. Certifications Needed
