Evenings Make a Difference in Rural Healthcare—and receive a $100,000 Relocation Incentive Pleasant View Care Center is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing home team. This is a unique opportunity to build a rewarding career in a close-knit rural community while providing exceptional care to our residents. Eligible candidates may qualify for a $100,000 Rural Healthcare Relocation Incentive . The incentive is designed to help experienced or newly licensed RNs relocate from urban areas or out of state to serve our rural community. Relocation Incentive Requirements Eligible candidates may relocate from a city within Iowa or from another state. Candidates relocating from another rural Iowa community are not eligible for the incentive. Recipients must commit to five (5) years of full-time employment with our organization. If the five-year commitment is not fulfilled, repayment provisions will apply according to program guidelines. Position Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and families. Supervise and collaborate with CNAs and other nursing staff. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current or eligible for Iowa RN licensure. Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
