Job Description

Under general supervision, performs professional nursing services utilizing the nursing process including, but not limited to, assessing needs; developing and implementing nursing care plans, evaluating patient response to treatment, documenting patient interactions in accordance with professional nursing standards and Hospital policies; and providing directions for non-professional care givers. FT - 72 hours per pay period: 7 PM - 7
AM Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure/Certification:
Current RN license to practice nursing in the state of Iowa. If a new graduate, must pass boards within 6 months of employment as an RN. Certification in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Life Support, or successful completion of ACLS and PALS courses within 6 months of hire.
