A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Job Description
What You Can Expect:
- The RN will act as a Triage Nurse. The role will be assisting with performing telephone and electronic triage for OB GYN patients
- pregnant and gynecologic population, assess patient's symptoms using evidence based protocols, determine urgency of patient needs, identify high risk situations, and may assist as a rooming nurse as well.
Schedule:
4, 9 hour shifts- Monday
- Friday with variable day off. Variable hours between 7:30a
- 5:30p.

Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
