Key Qualifications:
Valid RN license in good standing At least 1 year of recent Operating Room experience Current BLS certification (additional certifications such as ACLS preferred) Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to adapt to new environments and quickly learn facility protocols
Primary Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff Maintain a sterile environment and follow all safety protocols Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients and families Document intraoperative activities accurately and timely
