The organization seeks an experienced and motivated Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join a trusted healthcare partner in Boise, ID. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients of all ages. Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs in a high-acuity setting. Administer medications, IV therapy, and advanced clinical interventions. Collaborate with physicians, trauma teams, and interdisciplinary staff. Perform rapid patient assessments and document accurate clinical findings. Respond effectively to critical situations, including trauma, cardiac, and respiratory emergencies. Utilize evidence-based practices to support patient stabilization and treatment. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.

Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license in Idaho. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required. BLS

• Basic Life Support certification. ACLS
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification. PALS
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification. TNCC
• Trauma Nursing Core Course certification.

2 years of emergency department or critical care experience required. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities. Ability to quickly adapt in high-pressure or rapidly changing patient situations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to patient-centered care and professional integrity.

Qualifications:

You hold a valid Idaho RN license and ADN. You have two years emergency or critical care experience. You possess BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
