In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and other advanced cosmetic procedures, to help clients achieve their beauty goals. You should have at least 5 years of experience with a strong passion for down to earth care and customer service. Your expertise will enhance our reputation for excellence in cosmetic enhancements and personalized care. Duties Perform a variety of cosmetic injections such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and safety. Conduct skin assessments and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client's aesthetic desires and medical history. Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on treatment options, post-treatment care, and potential outcomes to foster informed decision-making. Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and follow-up communications using salon or med spa management software like Millennium or

Promote retail sales of skincare products, supplements, and treatment packages through effective upselling techniques. Engage actively with clients via social media management platforms to build relationships, showcase before-and-after results, and attract new clientele. Collaborate with team members on product demos, marketing initiatives, and community outreach efforts to elevate the practice's visibility. Experience Proven experience as a Cosmetic Injector with a strong portfolio of successful botulinum toxin and dermal filler treatments. Extensive knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and safety protocols related to cosmetic procedures. Familiarity with salon or med spa software such as Millennium or

for scheduling and client management. Hands-on experience with advanced aesthetic treatments including esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, hair styling, nail care, makeup application, hair threading, tattooing or straight razor shaving is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients. Knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment. Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality environments demonstrating excellent guest services and upselling capabilities is advantageous.
