Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive annual health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members within their homes Evaluate patient's prior and current medical history, ongoing conditions, and medication regimens Educate patients about their conditions and medications, empowering them to manage their health Identify gaps in patient care and recommend ways to address them No medication prescribing or development of treatment plans required

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho Current CPR (BLS) certification Board Certification through AANP or ANCC Minimum of six months of NP experience preferred MSN degree from an accredited nursing program

Earn $80$90 per evaluation, in addition to a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time.
