We're dedicated to partnering with local nonprofits to improve the health of people in this rapidly growing and diverse region, from the more populated cities to the smaller, more remote rural communities. What you can expect from this role Work as Team Lead ED RN, but expertise in Behavioral Health2 Teach/mentor RNs in de-escalation techniques, restraint protocols, safety, psychopharmacology and other behavioral health topics May do chart audits for restraint documentation Join the recently built ED with state-of-the-art equipment Continuing education scholarships - including conferences, certification, licensure Full-time (1.0 FTE) midshift position; 1300-0130 Certification pay available
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's of Nursing Degree Experience:
3 years' RN experience; Emergency and Behavioral Health nursing experience highly preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
