We're excited to invite an experienced Labor/Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Nampa team—where advanced care meets a deeply supportive team. The Nampa Labor/Delivery unit delivers around 130 babies per month. Nurses care for families through an exciting, life changing experience. Our labor nurses are skilled in the high-tech aspects of birthing as well as high touch. Training is provided in natural birth support, breathing techniques, water therapy, and supporting women's rituals around birth to help them become the most skillful and supportive nurses possible for every unique birthing experience. Our specialty unit is known for outstanding teamwork, a strong culture of patient safety, and a supportive environment where nurses thrive professionally and personally.

Our state-of-the-art center includes:

14 suites, including 7 paired with Level

II NICU 8

private Level II NICU suites 2 operating rooms and 4 triage rooms What You can expect from this role: Full Time or Part Time night shift available (7:00p-7:30a) with shift differential pay Sign-on/relocation bonus for eligible new hires Professional development opportunities: Triage, Circulating and Resource training Charge Nurse with 7.5% incentive pay Additional PTO hours for night shift employees Certification pay for national certifications (e.g., C-EFM, RNC-OB) Access to continuing education and certification programs St. Luke's recognized as one of the Best Hospitals for Maternity Care Take a

Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree Experience:

1+ years of RN experience required; currently seeking L&D experience; opportunities to work in Charge/Resource roles

Licenses/Certifications:
