Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions and medication management in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct specialized procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding, and sterile dressing changes following aseptic techniques. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and long-term care strategies tailored to individual needs. Assist in diagnostic evaluations including laboratory specimen collection, processing, and interpretation of diagnostic imaging results like sonography or mammography. Provide education on health coaching topics such as pain management, geriatrics, dementia care, or hospice & palliative medicine to patients and their families.

Pay:

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week
