Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality patient care in a skilled nursing environment. As an integral part of the interdisciplinary team , the RN will perform patient assessments, develop and revise care plans , and ensure patients attain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Responsibilities include clinical supervision of CNAs and LPNs , evaluating patient needs, and delivering compassionate, excellent customer service . Requirements for this role include a nursing diploma or degree (associate's or bachelor's) an active RN license in good standing CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation) preferably, at least one year of skilled nursing experience . Key skills include strong communication and judgment skills ability to work effectively within a team adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards .
