We are seeking an experienced Nurse Injector (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident performing aesthetic injectable treatments and passionate about providing exceptional patient care and beautiful, natural-looking results. Required Experience Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an aesthetic injector, with demonstrated experience performing BOTH Botox/neuromodulator and dermal filler injections. Applicants who do not have at least 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience with both Botox and dermal fillers will not be considered. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals Administer injectable treatments, including Botox/neuromodulators and dermal fillers Evaluate patients and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatment options Educate patients on treatments, expectations, risks, and aftercare Provide safe, high-quality treatments while maintaining excellent clinical standards Accurately document consultations and treatments in patient medical records Build strong, long-term patient relationships through exceptional service and follow-up Stay current on aesthetic techniques, products, trends, and best practices Maintain a professional, welcoming, and patient-focused environment Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to provide an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience Required experience with BOTH Botox/neuromodulators AND dermal fillers Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Professional, confident, and patient-focused Ability to conduct thorough consultations and make appropriate treatment recommendations Comfortable educating patients and building trust with patients Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Preferred Experience Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or other neuromodulators Dermal fillers, particularly hyaluronic acid fillers Medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or med spa experience Facial balancing and aesthetic treatment planning Experience conducting aesthetic consultations Commitment to continued education and professional development What We Offer Full-time position Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education Employee discounts on treatments and services Opportunity to grow with an established and expanding aesthetic practice If you are an experienced RN injector with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with both Botox and dermal fillers , and you are passionate about aesthetics and exceptional patient care, we would love to hear from you.
