Available Shifts Part-Time Day Shift 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Part-Time Night Shift 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Compensation Registered Nurse (RN): $38.00/hour Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $33.00/hour Annual performance evaluation with the potential for a pay increase based on performance Responsibilities Provide quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Provide guidance and support to CNAs Follow facility policies and state and federal regulations Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment Qualifications Current Illinois RN or LPN license Strong clinical and communication skills Dependable and team-oriented Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality resident care Make a Difference—Even Part-Time Bring your nursing skills to a team where your time and experience matter.
