Job Description

RESIDENTIAL STAFF NURSE
(LPN or RN ) Full-time/ Part-Time Park Lawn Center, Alsip, IL
CURRENT OPENINGS 1- F.T
(32 HRS)
PER WEEK - 3PM-11PM DAYS
Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday every other weekend.
QUALIFICATIONS
: Valid License from the State of Illinois to practice as a Registered Nurse or Valid License from the State of Illinois to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in addition to a Pharmacology Certificate from an approved pharmacology course Valid CPR/1st aid card

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
: To provide the best possible climate of health and well being for every individual and staff member in the facility, and assuring each of proper medical care To provide a service that meets the physical, medical, emotional and safety needs of the participant in a professional manner, while protecting the participant's uniqueness, dignity and right to privacy. To maintain open lines of communication with program supervisors and DSP staff so as to meet the needs of all program participants to act as a liaison/advocate between participants, staff, parents, guardians and other health care disciplines in order to meet the participants needs in a unified manner that allows the participant to achieve their highest level of health and function

Pass medication as per Park Lawn procedure Document medication and resident care per procedures
