We are looking for dynamic home health and Hospice professionals like you to contribute to our innovative specialty care programs.- CHF•COPD•Infusion Therapy•Trach Care•Wound Care•Behavioral Health•Alzheimer's / Dementia care Entera Healthcare partners with a variety of exceptional referral sources that offers our clinicians the opportunity to care for a variety of patients in their homes, Assisted Living, and/or Independent Living communities.

Qualifications:
Valid Drivers License and Auto-Insurance Certification Licenses, CPR/Basic Lifesaving Skills, and other special requirements Working knowledge of basic technology and electronic documentation. approximately $35- 55 per visit
RN:
approximately $70(Regular visit)- $90 (Soc ) per visit home health
RN:
approximately $90(Regular visit- $125(Soc ) per visit hospice
PT:
approximately $70- 90 per visit
Pay:
$75.00- $135.
