Career Development and Training What You'll Do:

As a Registered Nurse at Bridgeway, you will: Perform patient assessments and develop personalized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Monitor patient vital signs, identify changes, and collaborate with the healthcare team Educate residents and families on disease prevention, care strategies, and health management Assist in medical procedures and surgeries as necessary Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations Make a lasting impact on the lives of our residents and their families

What We're Looking For:

A current RN License in the state of practice A degree in Nursing Experience in geriatric care, nursing home, or hospital settings is a plus Excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Why Choose Bridgeway? $36.00 - $43.60 per hour
