Ideal candidates will bring a Bachelors degree and a current RN license, along with a medical certification. Previous experience working with school-aged children, especially those supported by IEPs and 504 plans, is highly valued. The ability to coordinate and deliver care for an average caseload of 35 students, including daily health needs and support for distributed learning (DL) students with IEPs or 504s, is crucial.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and active RN license required Medical Certification Strong experience with IEP/504 documentation and implementation Previous school or pediatric nursing experience highly preferred Excellent assessment and communication skills Comfort with range of student needs (diabetes, asthma, daily care) Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly to changing situations

Role Responsibilities:
