Weekly pay is provided. Great working environment
Responsibilities:
On an as-needed basis, filling in for staffing shortages or providing extra support during busy times. Key responsibilities of a PRN nurse:
Patient Care:
Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Assessments:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and document findings accurately.
Treatment Plans:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
Education:
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
Flexibility:
Adapt to different work environments and schedules, as PRN nurses may work in various departments or facilities. Maintaining the quality of care in healthcare settings by providing flexible and reliable support Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Experience in home health care and long-term care settings Strong management and leadership skills Proficient in patient monitoring and medication administration Knowledge of care plans and resident's rights Experience working with seniors, including dementia and Alzheimer's care Ability to supervise and support staff in a home care environment
