Pulmonary Medicine Unit Location:

Naperville Responsibilities:

Provide professional nursing care following the Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, document observations, delegate tasks, and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve unit goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing preferred At least 1 year of RN experience in an inpatient setting Current Illinois RN licensure CPR certification from

American Heart Association or American Red Cross Skills:

Critical thinking, patient assessment, delegation, teamwork, and adherence to clinical standards.

Key Duties:

Deliver competent nursing care, monitor patient status, document accurately, and work collaboratively within the unit.
