Key Responsibilities:
Provide and oversee comprehensive nursing care for long-term care residents Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per physician orders Perform resident assessments and develop individualized care plans Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs Ensure accurate, timely documentation in the EHR Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teamsQualifications:
Current Illinois RN license Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and leadership skills Experience with medication administration, wound care, and care planning Familiarity with EHR systems (PCC a plus) Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Bring your clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to Renaissance Care Center , where RNs are valued, supported, and empowered to make a lasting impact.
