Epic Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments to identify patients' mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Monitor patients closely and use sound nursing clinical judgment to identify and report changes in condition. Provide patients and responsible parties with appropriate education, explanations, and care instructions. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care. Required Qualifications & Certifications Minimum 2 years of professional nursing experience . Current, active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license . Current BLS/CPR certification . Current ACLS certification . NIHSS certification is required. Candidates with ICU experience or the ability to float to ICU are preferred #HC1
