Key Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license At least 2 years of recent CVICU (Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit) experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, high-acuity settings

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in the CVICU Monitor, assess, and respond rapidly to changes in patient status Administer medications and manage advanced life-support equipment Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the electronic health record
