- How you make a difference
- The RN Travel supports patient care delivery through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the supervision of Charge Nurses.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Deliver patient care and treatment plans under supervision of Charge Nurse + Administer medications, perform EKGs, and assist with procedures + Maintain accurate documentation in SOAP format and review medical records + Respond to emergencies and ensure safety and infection control protocols + Travel full-time to different healthcare facilities as staffing needs require
- Qualifications & Requirements
EDUCATION
+ Graduate from an accredited School of NursingEXPERIENCE
+ One (1) or more years clinic experience preferred + Must be willing and able to travel 100% of the timeLICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
+ Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) within the states of practice and the state in which you work, or a valid compact state nurse license + Current CPR certification- We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
