Tele / Cardiac
experience is preferred. Maintains reports of the patients by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Triage patients. Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's condition. Minimum 1-2 years experience is preferred.
