Job Description Registered Nurse will:

Work closely in delivering safe and effective care to the patient during intra operative period Effectively deliver care to the surgical patient through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Work closely with all members of the professional team, medical staff, patients/resident and their families and hospital personnel Access to protected health information is limited to the minimum necessary to perform the duties of the job. Qualifications OR experience preferred Valid Illinois RN licensure required

ACLS, PALS, BLS

certification required Grade 21.
