Hammond-Henry:

Job Description Nurse will:

Be responsible for direct and indirect nursing care of the residents on their assigned hall during a given period of time Be responsible for the direction and supervision of personnel assigned to him/her Adhere to the nursing standards of care for the department Works closely with all members of the Professional Team, Medical Staff, patients, and their families Access to protected health information is limited to the minimum necessary to perform the duties of the job.
