About the Role As a Registered Nurse with Evercare of Granite City, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.

This includes:

Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to address their unique needs. Administering medications and treatments, as prescribed by physicians, and monitoring patients' responses to therapy. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care. Educating patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and overall health promotion. Requirements Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
