Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, dedicated 1:1 care for a transition-age student in a dynamic school environment. This full-time contract role supports a single 20-year-old student with medical complexities, including a tracheostomy, G-tube, and wheelchair use. The nurse will accompany the student for the entire school day, including bus transport to and from home and school. This assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through late May 2027. The hours are consistent, totaling 35 hours per week onsite, providing stability and the opportunity to build a meaningful connection with your student.

Qualifications and Experience:

Active RN license in Illinois Experience with trach and G-tube care required Previous school nursing or pediatric experience is highly valued Comfortable providing care for students with complex medical and mobility needs Able to work full-time, onsite with regular bus transport No School PEL required

Primary Responsibilities:
