This is a 13-week night shift assignment caring for adult rehab patients, with occasional floating to inpatient Med-Surg units. Nurses with Med-Surg, LTAC, or SNF/Rehab experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to rehabilitation patients. Perform tracheostomy care and management independently. Administer oxygen therapy, IV therapy, and peripheral line care. Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to rapid response/code situations. Collaborate with respiratory therapy and the interdisciplinary care team. Float to inpatient Med-Surg units as needed. Requirements Active Illinois RN License (required at submission) Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg experience LTAC, SNF, or Rehab experience accepted BLS Certification required
