Empower students to reach their full potential as a Certified School Nurse (CSN)! Join Cross Country Education to provide compassionate, student-centered care throughout the 2026-2027 school year in Highland Park, IL. Position Overview Provide direct nursing care and manage complex medical procedures for students from Kindergarten through Transition age (up to 22) with a wide range of medical and support needs. Manage daily school clinic operations, administer medications, and respond to medical emergencies. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs), Emergency Action Plans, and health components of IEPs/504 plans. Partner with multidisciplinary teams as the primary liaison between families, providers, and school staff; provide critical training to educators on student-specific medical protocols. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) License Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Certified School Nurse (CSN) endorsement School-based experience or strong pediatric nursing background preferred Why Join Cross Country Education?
Competitive Pay:
