Day shift |Part-time Salary range: $39.75 - 56.11 per hour How you'll make an impact in this role: Deliver direct nursing care, implement individualized care plans, and carry out provider orders while continuously monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition changes in according with established protocols. Perform pre-procedure nursing assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to identify, evaluate, and coordinate patient discharge planning needs prior to surgery. Serve as the primary liaison across all clinical disciplines, medical staff, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless, well-coordinated patient care delivery throughout the pre-admission phase. Registration:
