We are currently seeking a full-time Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Lincoln Correctional Center in Lincoln, IL. Our travelers have opportunities throughout the country and are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees. The Travel Program RN will work between various facilities/locations throughout the state of Illinois, per contract needs. Each assignment will be restricted to one location. The RN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Registered Nurses work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological and social needs of the patient.
