Qualifications/Preferred Experience:
Valid RN license (unencumbered and in good standing) Minimum of two years' recent experience in Telemetry nursing BLS and ACLS certifications Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaborative skills Adaptability to fast-paced, variable environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess telemetry patients, ensuring prompt response to changes in cardiac rhythms Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary providers to deliver high-quality care Document patient interventions, assessments, and progress accurately Educate patients and families on care procedures and post-treatment plans Adhere to facility-specific policies, procedures, and regulations
