• Travel nursing, Full-time, Contract Overview Prestige Travel Nurses is looking for a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN), for a short term night contract.

Great Pay and Flexible schedule Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU, including assessment, monitoring vital signs, and managing complex medical conditions. Administer medications and treatments such as IV infusions, tube feedings, and medications like Botulinum toxin when indicated for specific conditions. Utilize advanced equipment including ventilators, incubators, and neonatal monitors to support patient stability. Must be Level 3 NICU Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including physicians, respiratory therapists, and social workers—to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Cerner or Epic, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform procedures including suturing, catheterization, phlebotomy, and aseptic techniques to support patient recovery. Educate families on neonatal care practices, discharge planning, and developmental milestones to foster ongoing support at home. Experience 2-3 years of NICU care in an Acute care setting level 3 or above
