Competitive hourly pay based on experience We are a luxury mobile medspa bringing elevated aesthetic and wellness services directly to our clients' preferred locations. We are looking for an experienced, confident, and passionate Master Injector / Lead Injector to join our growing team and help elevate the Noctis Aurora experience.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is more than an injector position — it is an opportunity to become a key clinical leader within a growing mobile aesthetics brand. Our Master Injector will provide exceptional injectable services while helping maintain the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, education, and client experience. The ideal candidate is someone who is confident in their skills, passionate about aesthetics, professional with clients, and excited to grow alongside a company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, within your scope of practice and company protocols Provide thorough consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain a natural, balanced, and aesthetically driven approach to treatment Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from consultation through follow-up Complete accurate clinical documentation and maintain compliance with company policies and protocols Educate clients on treatments, skincare, aftercare, and appropriate treatment plans Recognize and appropriately manage potential complications or adverse reactions Maintain a clean, organized, and professional mobile treatment environment Travel to clients' preferred locations throughout the Greater Southern Illinois Region Represent the Noctis Aurora brand with professionalism, confidence, and discretion
LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY
As our Master Injector / Lead Injector, you may also have opportunities to: Help mentor and train developing injectors Assist with clinical education and technique development Contribute to treatment protocols and clinical standards Help establish and maintain our injection standards Support onboarding and development of future injectors Participate in product and treatment education Grow into an expanded leadership role as Noctis Aurora continues to grow
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS
An experienced aesthetic injector with strong clinical judgment Confident, professional, and personable Passionate about aesthetics and helping clients feel their best Detail-oriented and committed to patient safety Comfortable working independently in a mobile environment Reliable, punctual, and highly organized Willing to travel to client locations A strong communicator who builds genuine client relationships Excited about leadership, mentorship, and continued professional growth Committed to representing Noctis Aurora with the highest level of professionalism
Requirements:
2 yr minimum aesthetic experience Active RN or NP License Hepatitis B Vaccination
