Your Role:
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support resident outcomes Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the Director of Nursing Encourage restorative care and resident independence Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care provided Support and mentor nursing staff in a positive, team-oriented environment Ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being while following facility standards Contribute to a workplace focused on mentorship, growth, and professional development
