Year of Experience:
Up to $20,000 Position Summary The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with physicians, providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare team members. The RN will assess patient needs, coordinate care, provide education and emotional support, and promote positive patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients on General Medicine units. Assess patients' physical and psychological needs and develop appropriate plans of care. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards. Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes to providers and the healthcare team. Coordinate patient care across the healthcare continuum. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care needs. Required Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan). Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required prior to start date. Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
