Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled care to critically ill patients in the

ICU / CVICU

settings Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans Closely monitor patient status, respond rapidly to changes, and document accordingly Educate and support patients' families with clear, compassionate communication Follow all established protocols and ensure patient safety at all times
