Schedule:
Full-time commitment 40 hours per week
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Valid RN license with ICU experience Two years of recent ICU experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking and communication skills Adaptability in fast-paced and evolving clinical situations
Responsibilities:
Deliver expert, compassionate care to critically ill patients Administer and monitor advanced ICU therapies and interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Ensure accurate and timely documentation of assessments, medications, and progress Provide support to patients' families and participate in care planning discussions
