Schedule/Hours:
36 hours per week
Essential Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum one year of recent Med-Surg (MS) nursing experience Current BLS certification Strong assessment, organizational, and communication abilities Ability to adapt swiftly to new settings and documentation systems Commitment to exceptional patient care and teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled, evidence-based nursing to medical-surgical patients Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor ongoing conditions Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Administer medications, manage IVs, and support recovery protocols Accurately document care and report status changes Support patients and families through education and compassionate communication
