Key Qualifications:
Current, active RN license in good standing Minimum of one year of Telemetry nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and procedures Proven track record of patient-focused care
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor cardiac and vital signs, promptly identifying and responding to changes Administer medications and conduct therapeutic interventions as ordered Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records Provide support and education to patients and families throughout every stage of care
