Job Description

Compensation:
$33.75hr - $50.63hr
Position Summary Night Shift:
Full Time - 7pm-7:30am We are seeking a highly skilled and confident Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Night House Supervisor in our critical access hospital. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical processes during night shift while maintaining the ability to provide direct patient care in both the Emergency Department (ED) and Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) units as needed. The ideal candidate is an experienced nurse who demonstrates strong clinical judgment and is comfortable stepping into frontline roles during staffing emergencies or high-acuity situations. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership for all hospital departments during night shift Support and guide nursing staff, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care Act as a clinical resource and respond to emergencies throughout the facility Step into direct patient care roles in the ED and/or Med/Surg unit when staffing needs arise Collaborate with providers, department leaders, and on-call leadership Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety protocols Manage patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges during off-hours Education / License / Certification BSN / Active
IL RN / BLS /ACLS /PALS
Bonus:
Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
Incentives:
Eligible for evening/night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
