Schedule/Hours:
Full-time, 36-40 hours per week Rotating shifts, with some weekends and holidays required
Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical-thinking skills and adaptability Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct, evidence-based care to critically ill patients Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatments Collaborate closely with providers, specialists, and support staff Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient status Educate patients and families regarding care plans, treatments, and recovery
