Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 2 years of recent EP Lab nursing experience Strong knowledge of Electrophysiology procedures and terminology ACLS and BLS certifications required Excellent assessment, communication, and critical-thinking abilities

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care during EP studies, ablations, device implantations, and related procedures Monitor, assess, and document patient responses pre-, intra-, and post-procedure Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care Educate patients and families about cardiac procedures and recovery processes Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital protocols
